Simone Fisker Laursen assists clients across all areas of intellectual property law, primarily within trademarks, designs, and copyright. She has extensive experience with strategy, registration, protection, and enforcement, and works particularly with disputes, negotiations, and pragmatic solutions that create real commercial value. Simone is affiliated with Budde Schou as a European Trademark Attorney, working with international portfolio administration and disputes before patent and trademark offices around the world.

Her practice also includes corporate and commercial law, advising companies and owners on company formation, shareholder structures, investment matters, shareholders’ agreements, and M&A. Simone often works where intellectual property, ownership structures, and business strategy intersect.

Alongside her legal work, Simone serves as Vice Chair of the board of GF Nordsjælland/Storkøbenhavn F.M.B.A.
