Basis of liability and limitation of liability
IURA Partners Advokater ApS provides legal advice based on Danish law. Any liability for damages is limited to the amount covered by the firm’s professional indemnity insurance, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
The firm shall not be liable for indirect losses, including operating losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or other consequential damages, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Any dispute between the client and IURA Partners Advokater ApS shall be governed by Danish law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Conflicts of interest
IURA Partners Advokater ApS complies with the applicable rules regarding conflicts of interest. Before accepting an engagement, the firm assesses whether any conflict of interest exists that may prevent or restrict the provision of legal advice.
Anti-money laundering and client identification
IURA Partners Advokater ApS is subject to Danish anti-money laundering legislation. This means that, in certain cases, the firm is required to obtain and retain identity information about clients, as well as information regarding the purpose and scope of the matter, before legal advice can be provided. Such information is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Confidentiality
All information received by IURA Partners Advokater ApS in connection with legal advice is treated as confidential and in accordance with the statutory duty of confidentiality applicable to lawyers

The firm is subject to the provisions of the Danish Administration of Justice Act, the rules of the Danish Bar and Law Society, and the Danish Code of Conduct for Lawyers.
Professional liability and Insurance
IURA Partners Advokater ApS maintains professional indemnity insurance and has provided the required guarantee in accordance with the regulations applicable to Danish law firms.
The professional indemnity insurance is placed with HDI Global Specialty SE and covers all legal services provided by the firm.
Complaints
Complaints regarding the conduct of attorneys or legal fees may be submitted to the Danish Disciplinary Board (Advokatnævnet), which handles complaints against lawyers in Denmark.
